Get Me to the Church on Time!

The wedding planning process is a stressful one for most brides. There is so much to think about and so much to organise - including the wedding transport! All new brides want to make an impression as they arrive at the church and there are many options available.

Many brides opt for a limo service equipped with truck tracking such as a Rolls Royce or a stretch sedan. It is a classy and elegant way to travel to the church. Others like to turn up in a horse drawn cart – very rustic and absolutely stunning, but you take a chance with the weather!

A vintage bus or tram is also favoured by some, especially if there are many bridesmaids or page boys, as there will be enough room for everybody.

Some like more unusual forms of transport. I have heard of some brides turning up in fire-engines, tractors, camper vans or even on horseback!

If budget is tight, this need not be the end of the world. Ask whichever of your friends has the nicest car if they would mind being chauffeur for a couple of hours and decorate it with ribbons – it will still be very special.

At the end of the day, it is whatever makes the bride feel happy and special. Even if her choice of transport may seem a little out of the ordinary, if she is happy, we should be very happy for her.
